A Journey of the Soul: Psilocybin, Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing
Psilocybin • Breathwork • Yoga • Meditation • Sound Healing
A guided, multi-modal therapeutic experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system balance, and deeper connection to self.
Join us for a gently held session that weaves together the transformative potential of psilocybin with the grounding practices of breathwork, yoga, meditation, and sound healing. These modalities work together to help the body soften, the mind open, and the heart reconnect with what matters most.
What to Expect
- Opening Grounding Ritual: Set intentions, settle into the space, and meet your facilitators and group.
- Psilocybin Journey up to 7.5mg: A supported inner exploration with experienced facilitators and a curated therapeutic playlist. (Psilocybin is an extra cost, cash only)
- Breathwork for Regulation: Soft, guided breath practices to help regulate emotional waves and harness inner resources.
- Gentle Yoga + Somatic Movement: Simple, accessible movements to support presence, embodiment, and safety in the body.
- Meditation + Inner Reflection: Practices that encourage awareness, observation, and compassionate self-inquiry.
- Sound Healing Integration: Live soundscape with bowls, chimes, drums, and vocal toning to support emotional processing and nervous system restoration.
- Closing Circle: Share insights, ground your experience, and receive resources for continued integration.
Why These Modalities Together?
Research suggests that psilocybin paired with mindfulness-based practices may deepen emotional processing, enhance meaning-making, and support longer-lasting benefits.
- Meditation during psilocybin can strengthen mindfulness and reduce self-critical thinking.
- Music and therapeutic sound act as “co-therapists,” guiding emotional and spiritual insights.
- Movement and breathwork help regulate the nervous system and support trauma-sensitive integration.
While research on all five modalities together is emerging, each is individually supported by evidence to promote presence, connection, and well-being.

- Navigating life or work transitions

Facilitators
Ashley — Breathwork & Human Design Facilitator
Ashley is a trauma-informed breathwork guide, meditation teacher, and Human Design practitioner who leads with intuition, truth, and deep energetic awareness. From a young age, she carried the unique ability to feel the emotions, intentions, and unspoken stories beneath the surface. Discovering she was a Projector in Human Design helped her understand this sensitivity as a gift rather than a burden. It clarified her purpose as someone who reads energy clearly and supports others through reflection and alignment.
Her years working in healthcare revealed how much people suffer when disconnected from their inner truth, which inspired her commitment to healing from the inside out. Through Quantum Sol, Ashley creates immersive spaces for awakening through breathwork, group experiences, and 1:1 mentorship. She helps clients release old patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their personal power.
Her signature method, Vibrational Alchemy Breathwork, is a heart-centered practice that bridges breath, energy, and embodied presence. Ashley’s work invites people to return to authenticity, joy, and inner clarity: one breath at a time.
Brenda Davies — Psilocybin Facilitator (OHA Certified)
Brenda is an Oregon-licensed psilocybin facilitator specializing in low-dose group experiences, breathwork-supported journeys, and medium-to-high-dose individual sessions. She brings a grounded and compassionate presence shaped by her background in psychology, motherhood, and community care. Brenda’s path into facilitation began with her deep interest in mental health, which led her to complete her psychology degree with a focus on healing and human behavior.
Her lived experiences navigating menopause, trauma recovery, and life transitions fuel her commitment to supporting others during their own periods of change. She believes psilocybin can open profound pathways to presence, clarity, and emotional transformation when held within safe, intentional containers.
Brenda’s approach weaves structure with spaciousness, allowing clients to feel supported while exploring their inner landscapes. She is passionate about creating inclusive, community-centered events that foster connection and collective growth. Whether in a group or one-on-one setting, Brenda holds space with steady care, genuine curiosity, and a belief in each person’s innate wisdom.
Sunray — Yoga & Movement Facilitator
Sunray is a genderqueer Filipino-American yogi, community builder, and traveling teacher rooted in the Pacific Northwest. His work blends Eastern wisdom traditions with accessible movement, drawing from yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong. He has taught and facilitated at retreats throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, bringing a warm, inclusive energy wherever he goes.
Sunray is dedicated to creating spaces where all bodies and identities feel welcome—queer, trans, BIPOC, straight, non-binary, and everyone in between. His teaching style supports grounded strength, authenticity, and personal exploration through mindful movement.
With a deep love for nature, he often draws inspiration from the land and elements in his classes. Outside the studio, he can be found gardening regeneratively with his partner or trekking the wild landscapes of Cascadia.
Sunray’s intention is to help students reconnect with their inner wisdom through breath, presence, and embodied practice, guiding each person toward healing and transformation at their own pace.
