A Restorative Breath & Vibration Journey: Psilocybin, Breathwork, Tuning Forks, and Sound Bath
A deeply restorative experience designed to soothe the nervous system, dissolve energetic blockages, and support cellular-level renewal.
Join us for a gently yet powerful session where intentional breath, vibrational frequency, and subtle energy work come to get her. Through guided breathwork, sound resonance, and mindful presence, your body is invited into a state of harmony, clarity, and profound inner stillness.
What to expect
Opening Grounding Ritual
Arrive, share your intentions with others or with your psilocybin, and settle into the energy of space. A portal to the woods in the heart of the city. Meet your facilitators and connect with the group.
Breathwork Activation
Begin with soft, activating breathwork to oxygenate the body, open energy pathways, and establish a regulated receptive state.
Meditative Stillness
Drop into deep rest and light guided meditation as you feel the mushrooms move through your body and awaken your mind. Light energy work helps release stagnation and encourage subtle realignment.
Tuning Forks Vibrational Frequencies
Weighted tuning forks are applied to the heart and third eye chakras to send resonant frequencies into the tissues, supporting cellular recalibration, relaxation, and inner harmony.
Psilocybin low-dose ( up to 5 mg)
A gentle micro dose is offered to heighten sensory awareness, deepen the meditative state, and enhance connection to the energetic process. (Psilocybin dose is an additional cost, cash only, and requires OHA forms completed 48+hours prior).
Integration + Closing Cirlce
Return slowly to wakefulness, share reflections, and receive grounding support and aftercare.
Why these modalities together?
Emerging research suggests that combining breathwork, sound, low-dose, and meditation may:
- Downshift the nervous system into parasympathetic rest.
- Increase sensory coherence and somatic awareness.
- Support emotional processing through vibrational release.
- Enhance neuroplasticity and inner calm
- Encourage energetic alignment and subtle body balance.
Sound frequencies, in particular, act as a gentle guiding tones, helping the mind to settle while the body unwinds and resets.
Who Should Attend?
This session is ideal for individuals seeking:
- Release of stress, anxiety, and tension.
- Nervous system soothing + recalibration.
- Healing through sound, vibration, breath, and mushrooms.
- Gentle emotional and energetic realignment.
- A deeply supportive, non-overwhelming low-dose experience.
- Restorative inner stillness and harmony.
Your Facilitators for Cosmic Breathwork
Ashley- Breathwork & Human Design Facilitator
Ashley is a trauma-informed breathwork, meditation, and sound guide. She leads with intuition, truth, and deep energetic awareness. From a young age, she carried the unique ability to feel the emotions, intentions, and unspoken stories beneath the surface. Discovering she was a Projector in Human Design helped her understand this sensitivity as a gift rather than a burden. It clarified her purpose as someone who reads energy clearly and supports others through reflection and alignment.
Her years working in healthcare revealed how much people suffer when disconnected from their inner truth, which inspired her commitment to healing from the inside out. Through her business Quantum Sol, Ashley creates immersive safe spaces for awakening through breathwork, group experiences, and 1:1 mentorship’s. She helps clients release old patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their personal power.
Her signature method, Cosmic Breath, is a heart centered practice that bridges breath, energy, and embodied presence. Ashley’s work invites people to return to authenticity, joy, and inner clarity: one breath at a time.
